1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, registering for courses, booking counseling appointments, or enrolling in programs offered by Pleasant Personality Academy ("PPA", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Enrollment & Attendance

• Program batch schedules, session durations, and curriculum details are provided prior to enrollment.
• Participants are expected to maintain punctual attendance and active engagement during online or in-person workshops.
• Session reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, workbooks, frameworks, branding assets, logos, and digital media provided by PPA remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pleasant Personality Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct & Code of Ethics

Participants in group workshops, school sessions, and corporate seminars are expected to maintain mutual respect, professionalism, and positive demeanor toward trainers and fellow attendees.

5. Disclaimer

PPA counseling and personality development modules are designed for personal growth, communication mastery, and emotional wellness. They do not substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric treatment.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
